Big Motoring World review Jack Waddell’s Apprentice of the Year award.
He’s been in the industry since he was just 16 years of age, is unquestionably passionate about the motoring industry and has been learning from his father in a workshop since the age of seven.
Demonstrating his skills and knowledge over the past 12 months, he helped to restore a non-running BMW E30. With attributes of an astute businessman on display, he resold all of the parts to fund his beautification project.
We are sure that nobody can disagree that Jack Waddell is deserving of the Apprentice of the Year.
Jack said: “It means a lot to me. I hope in a couple of years I can finish school and learn the roads, learn how to sell cars, advertise… I would like to take over the business eventually.
“I was embarrassed to go up there in from of so many people, but I’m proud and happy. It means a lot.”
James Baggott, Managing Director of a Car Dealer Magazine said: “What he’s done as a 16 year old is great. With the passion he’s got for that BMW and the work that he’s put into it, he has just shone out and there’s really nobody else that we could have voted for.
Big Motoring World have over 1,000 second-hand cars available across the showrooms and a highly dedicated team which can help you to find the perfect car you’re looking for.
