While he is successful in making the terrorist lose his targets and gets to kill three of his henchmen, he feels he has made everyone safe. Charlie (Stephen Baldwin) returns home to L.A. but the peace is lost soon, when Charlie’s wife is abducted by the terrorist. Charlie would have to find a way to get to his wife and he takes the help of his ex-CIA agent friend, Donovan (James Russo), to get to the man and rescue his wife.
