The drug dealers have created a maniacal scene while the superhero, Boxer, is on a killer rampage to finish it all. Enter another group of narcotic addicts, who work for The Needler, the drug lord, to threaten the hard earned peace. The security forces are helpless against them, so the Boxer must find a way to salvage the city and his reputation. He is up against the ruthless power of the city goons as the evil outgrows him.
