Another police video has surfaced of what some are calling excessive force as a dashcam captures a police car ramming a suspect and sending him flying into the air. You can see that he’s holding a rifle and apparently shot in the air as a warning to cops. But then he just walks nonchalantly away, almost as if he didn’t know the cops were there. It makes for a very dramatic video, but there’s no doubt this guy was very dangerous.
