New round of Syrian gov't-opposition talks enters 2nd day

The new round of talks in Moscow between the Syrian government and the opposition entered its second day. Following the closed-door sessions, the opposition representatives presented a common document to the government delegation that called for, among other measures, an end to hostilities and the release of political prisoners.
