If your HP Printer isn't printing black and missing colours. You need to spotless your print heads with water under the tap as shown.
To do this take out the printer head unit which holds the Ink Cartridges in the printer? This simply unclips from the printer. There is no need to waste your ink trying to clean heads as this just wastes your colored ink and makes the situation not as good as because it adds to the buildup of dried ink on the print head. In general the black is first to go as this is the most used ink cartridge.
I spent hours going out of my mind trying to find a solution that didn't require me buying anything from anybody.
