Rosario is Argentina's third-largest city and the birthplace of Che Guevara. But today it's more famous for its crime and drug trafficking. The city is now a transit point for cannabis and cocaine, where drug money is said to be spent by politicians and police forces. As gangs battle for control of lucrative supply chains, locals are left living in fear. Romeo Langlois, Karina Chabour and Mathilde Guillaume bring us this report.
