Evo Morales commits to five more years as Bolivia' President and Chief

Bolivian President Evo Morales is being officially sworn in to his second full term in office today. Today's formal swearing in follows yesterday's traditional indigenous rites, where Morales was pronounced chief of the nation by indigenous leaders. He was also accompanied there by several foreign heads of state, including Nicolas Maduro who also presented himself in native costume. teleSUR
