Here is a 8 min. video for those sceptical about the numbers I have been pulling are "burst" or "sustained." The maximum (burst) dps is 1881 that we can see at 30th sec. and after that it is pretty much consistent around 1.5k. However, I can't survive the first bubble phase due to latency where my dps counter starts fresh but with a drained ultimate and resource pools causing my dps to go down 1.4k. Moreover, I died at the 2nd bubble phase where I gave up recording. Enjoy!
