Uruguayans will head to the polls on Sunday in second-round voting in the presidential elections. The candidate of the left-wing ruling party Broad Front (FA) Tabare Vazquez enjoys a comfortable lead over right-wing hopeful Luis Lacalle. This would be the FA's third consecutive term in office. It has implemented some of Latin America's most progressive social reforms, including same sex marriage and legalized abortion and marijuana. teleSUR
