Drop after drop, they fall
Hitting us with cold water all
Staining my black
As they fall, we can't take it back

Tears streaming down the face
Women crying, in this darkened place
The coffin went, with a rose laid upon
Not nearly enough strength to go on

The hole dug deep, for my friend
I saw him unitl this, the very end
I loved him so, as it would seem
Now I only can see him in my dreams

The rain falls, covering our tears
Hapiness is never near
My life full of heartache and pain
When he died it began to rain
