Bolivia to invest 240 million dollars in agriculture by 2015

Bolivia seeks to reinforce a community-based economic model through farming incentives. More than 240 million dollars have been allocated for agriculture with 80% coming from the national treasury and 20% from international aid. Almost 730,000 farmers around the country produce 6 million tons of food with 100% of it destined for internal consumption. TeleSUR
