This week, the Venezuelan government partially closed the border with Colombia as a measure to prevent smuggling of subsidized Venezuelan goods into the neighboring country. What is still unknown is whether the monthly-long measure will have a negative impact on the local population or achieve its goal. Charles Parkinson reports from Bogota.
