Arthur Read and Flumbergast re animation test.

I did this with Plastic Animation Paper software for sketching and timing the frames and Gimp (with the Gimp Animation Plugin) for coloring, compositing, and encoding the final video. I would love to improve this season 16 episode's animation and use it to practice animation, to explore the science.

I realize there are a few rough edges and this is a work in progress, so if there are any animators out there who can help with anything, please chime in.
