Michael Spann first started bleeding from his eyes when he was 22. Initially the painful condition happened every day but as he's gotten older, it's happening only a few times a week. Lab tests solved nothing and the mysterious bleeding from his eyes, nose, mouth and ears is an unexplained medical nightmare to this day.
