A nuclear nightmare would be nothing new for Japan. And now for the first time since the Fukushima crisis, a major disaster drill is being held to see if lessons have been learned.

More than 3,000 people have been taking part in the two-day exercise in Kagoshima Prefecture. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe even held a mock news conference in Tokyo, announcing a state of emergency.
