Barack Obama's decision to ask the US Congress to authorise force against Syria has taken even his closest advisors by surprise. Now the move has delayed the timetable for any punitive strike against the Assad regime. Our guest J. Adam Ereli, a former US ambassador to Bahrain, hopes the congressmen will give Obama the green light. He tells us why.
