This is the track 'Collapse' by ViRGOS, from their final studio album "The Path Of Least Resistance". This album was released in 2002.
Following Virgos Merlot's debut album 'Signs of a Vacant Soul', the band would disband and remain inactive for a period of time, until around 2001. The group would reform without guitarist Jason Marchant, under the moniker 'ViRGOS' (due to naming rights), and in 2002 released the album 'The Path Of Least Resistance' . This would be ViRGOS' only studio album under the new name, with the band disbanding later in 2002. Following the disbanding of ViRGOS, Brett Hestla would help to form supergroup Dark New Day in 2004 while most of the remaining band members would makeup the lineup for new band Red Halo.
