Interaction Effects 1: what they are and why do we need them

Interaction effects add more flexibility into regression models. They allow the effect to depend on individual characteristics, i.e. not just outcome to depend on other characterstics, but the the effect size of one characteristic to depend on the other. Here we walk through an example how effect on loneliness depends on age.
