Out with the kids to Smoke Some BBQ Chicken Thighs . It was windy and Cold , The Chicken was on for about three hours not two like i say in the video. Got them to the proper tempersture which is about 160 for chicken maybe a little higher by the time we took them off the grill and did a little oven time to finish.My Temp Gauge on the grill doesn't appear to work . Its old. So don't rely on yours all the time either always check for doneness witha meat thermometer.
