Flag and anthem of Romagna (with actual Romagna this time)

In Strike Witches we see a fictitious country in Italy named "Duchy of Romagna" which does not include in its borders the actual Romagna region. WTF?!
So i decided to put the Caveja, a traditional symbol of Romagna, on the flag they made.
