Part 1 - Swim Prep. - Prebaiting
ADVISORY CONTENT! - THERE IS NO FISHING IN THIS VIDEO.
An update of my week since you saw me last Friday.
This week I have been prebaiting a swim for some bream (& possibly carp / barbel) action. I have been meaning to get out to fish it but things have conspired to the contrary all week (weather, water conditions, work and birthdays).
However, it is my intention to fish this evening (19/10/17) if at all possible. I have just checked the weather forecast (8.30am) and it is supposed to rain all day. It rained somewhat last night but a quick check of the river level data has confirmed that this is yet to get into the river (which is still dropping).
The ideal time to fish will be when today's rain starts to run into the river. I shall keep an eye on the river level and rainfall all day. Should the river not start to rise today I may postpone tonight's trip until tomorrow evening in the hope that, by then, the river will be on-the-up. We can also get to the swim sooner as, being Friday, I finish work early.
