In war willing or otherwise there are no winners… everyone, in some way, becomes a victim. Flight lieutenant James Callan a Lancaster bomber pilot learns through his care-taker Madame a French widower doctor, that alliances and sympathies have no place in war, the painful consequences of which can never be accurately predicted.
