This movie review first appeared on the "Top Hat And Buttered Popcorn" program that aired bi-monthly on Fairfax County (VA) cable television station, Channel 10. It was hosted by John Savers. This film starred Al Pacino and Johnny Depp as gangster "made man" and undercover fedcop respectively. Pacino was very good. It runs along the crime and punishment storyline - Mafia style.
