In 1955, youngster Henry Hill becomes enamored by the Mafia presence in his neighborhood in Brooklyn. He begins working for local caporegime Paulie Cicero and his associates: Jimmy Conway, an Irish American gangster, and Tommy DeVito, a fellow juvenile delinquent.
