Former Vice President Dick Cheney is making big news once again. This time, over a tell-all memoir which he apparently plans to publish in an effort to vindicate himself of much of the bad press he has received in the past. The book would reportedly also reveal the turbulent relationship he and his boss, former president George W. Bush, endured throughout Bush's second term. RT's Dina Gusovsky speaks to James Joyner, managing editor of the Atlantic council, about what other shocking revelations Cheney could reveal in this book.
