In Libya, the international coalition says aerial strikes have successfully halted the forces of Colonel Gaddafi. Western officials claim to have destroyed a command centre used by the Libyan army in the capital Tripoli. More than a hundred airstrikes were carried out across the weekend, with reports over 60 people were killed.
