editor work in progress not quite done shows layering and automatic tileing
the map is made from multiple individually layered tiles
that are overlayed and blended together the editor automatically selects each
depending on the surrounding tiles and the rules to follow in a text file ruleset
zooming and scrolling is done in 2d via straight math and no matrix's
the type of tiling can be changed at runtime from hex to non hexed or overlaped
