French President Francois Hollande has admitted "structural rigidities" regarding labour laws will need to be addressed in order to satisfy international companies.

Hollande's attending La Grande Conference Sociale - a two-day social summit between the government, workers and employers.

There have been complaints about inflexible contracts, pay and working hours.
