An Orbital Sciences Minotaur I Rocket successfully launched today at 03:09 UTC after a 24 hour scrub, a delay due to ground support equipment, and then finally a third delay due to the flight termination system.
The rocket successfully placed the ORS-1 Satellite into orbit.
