The famous rap artist was busted with 8 grams of marijuana and a substantial amount of cash while passing through an airport in Norway. Snoop Dogg was in Norway to perform at a musical festival but a drug detection dog stopped the rapper in his tracks. His violation fine totaled nearly $9000.
