Nine out of ten times, the existing work bench that people already have in their shop is either too low or too high. The ideal height of a workbench should be based on both your individual body height, and the specific type of work you plan to do while standing there. In this video, I'll share a couple of simple formulas for figuring out exactly what that number should be (the distance between the floor the top of your bench), and also take a look at why workbench height is something you should even care about.
