That means that you can basically change the inside of the home around. Unlike most companies, that will just charge you a fortune for that, it's actually no cost. It does not include any extra cost actually. Some people take walls out or move the internal walls around. That's fine, there's no cost involved in that. We had a client recently that changed our Woodlands Mach 2 Home, which is a nice four bedroom home with a garage, they've turned the garage into a rumpus room and it cost about two thousand dollars. We've also had a client increase the size of our five bedroom Meadowview Home to an additional meter. At the end, that cost about four thousand dollars to supply that home, so we're very realistic.
