Cont. from Episode 2. Captain Tuvok's investigation goes awry when Borg drones ambush the Dallas. In an attempt to escape, Tuvok inadvertently reveals to the Klingons that the Dallas is equipped with a Romulan cloaking device. This visible sign of the Federation's growing cooperation with the Romulans drives a further wedge between the Federation and the Klingon Empire, threatening the quadrant-wide detent that's crucial to defeating the Borg incursion.
