Probably shot in Alaska and I know it was shot by John Quincy Adams the fourth; the great, great grandson of the second president of the United States. I bought it from an auction at Soffabees in the early seventies and that was part of the provenance. Not that it mattered, he was not the president but, on the invoice, it was an auction of his stuff and in the room, it had a trophy room and it had chairs that were made out of antlers, covered in zebra. It had a big polar bear and a bear. Also, I have a wolverine I got from them, I bought some bear skins, It is just a really, really big moose.
