Aprils Lifestyle Show shows you how to make Healthy Kale Chips. These are a great alternative to Potato Chips.

Tools: Strainer
Large Mixing Bowl
Cookie Sheet

Ingredients: Kale
Coarse Salt
Cooking Spray
Vinegar

Directions: Wash a bunch of Kale Pull strips away from the middle stem into large pieces Pour about half a Cup Of Vinegar in large Bowl Soak the Kale in the Vinegar, mixing it up every ten min, soak for thirty minutes Add some of the salt and mix Drain Kale and place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed Spray kale with cooking spray and add more salt Bake in 350 Degree oven for about 20 minutes or until they are lightly browned and crunchy (Oven temps vary)
