This Video Continues showing an easy yet admittedly technical way of achieving the long gathered skirt look with a ruffled tier on the bottom of the skirt, using the LX-3125 Brother Home Sewing Machine. The Gathered Skirt with a ruffle can be used for jersey dresses, broom skirts, empire gowns, and peasant dresses. Use your imagination, you can do it!
