Aziz Sahmaoui, former singer from Orchestre National de Barbès and former
sideman of Joe Zawinul, has just released his first solo album with his new
band "University of Gnawa", produced by Martin Meissonnier.
He did an exceptional show at the New Morning in Paris on 24th May 2011,
playing a selection of new tracks and old favourites.
