I’m not a lazy chef. I’m amazingly lazy. I will not go to extreme measures to avoid spending a lot of time cooking. The words “extreme measures” sound like a lot of work in itself. And that’s not what my style of cooking is all about. My style of cooking involves relaxation and an occasional beer. I will take only ordinary measures to avoid spending a lot of time in the kitchen
