Durham Water Thievery Part 3

The Durham water department charges up to 708.43 per 61 day cycle at our home. Me, my wife and two young girls supposedly use up to 4600 cubic feet of water per 61 day cycle--that's 550 gallons a day--everyday! Absurd. What's worse is that the mayor, city manager, county commissioners, and NC State (not federal) Senators and Representative that represent Durham County won't even talk to me. I guess they're too arrogant to think "their people" deserve their attention.more
