Hi, my name is Michelle and I'm here at Apex Wellness, and I'm going to demo for you Tricep Curls on a Bench. So, for this exercise you'll need a bench and you'll need a dumbbell. You're going to lay down on the bench with your head right through the edge. Put your feet up on the bench, hands on either side of the dumbbell, and then you're going to put let the weight hang down behind you. Keep the shoulders where they are, and just extend the forearms to straight position and back down. Using your triceps to complete the action. This is really great for toning up those triceps.

Do this 10 times for 3 sets.
