McFly became the first band to play a gig at Heathrow airport as they switched on the Christmas lights at Terminal 5.
Bass player Dougie Poynter got in the spirit by popping on a stewardess's uniform while his bandmates wore captains' outfits during the performance on Tuesday 16th November.
The Christmas lights will remain on for the whole of the festive season during which time three million passengers are expected to fly through Heathrow with nearly half a million between Sunday 19th December and Friday 24th December alone.
