Celebs quit Twitter in the name of charity

Lady Gaga and other high profile celebrities are turning their back on Twitter.

Tweet updates from the pop Queen.Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys, Justin Bieber and Usher will all stop on Wednesday 1st December.

The celebrities are all taking part to raise awareness for World AIDs Day and for Alicia's Charity 'Keep A Child Alive'.

The stars will be back online once the charity has raised 1 million dollars.

Other supporters include Serena Williams, Elijah Wood, Jennifer Hudson and Khloe and Kim Kardashian.
