A new law to force landlords to fix dangerous damp and mould issues comes into effect today, following the death of a two-year-old boy. Housing Secretary Steve Reed visited the family of young Awaab, who died in 2020 after prolonged exposure to mould in the social home his family rented in Rochdale. Report by Kennedyl.
