Zagar 3 station, CNC, multi-spindle, drill-tap machine with automatic tool change. Drills, counter-sinks, and taps 6 holes each cycle. Machine is operated 24 hours per day. Included total of 4 inter-changeable multiple spindle stations; 3 operating on machine and 1 back-up. Hole machining process is SPC controlled to a capability factor (1.33 CpK) CNC System included 9 servo axes, Ethernet link, tool-load monitoring, and broken tool detection. Concurrently designed by Zagar Inc. in 3D with Solidworks. Machine was built by Zagar Inc. at our plant in Cleveland, Ohio.
