No this is not a joke!
I know many people have commented on the perfect timing of Michael's death, which was the very next morning after he finished just enough rehearsals to make into a movie. Then the premier of "This Is It" is perfectly timed for the opening of LA Live, which is owned by the same company AEG that own Staple's Center (and London's O2 Arena), also the same place as the Memorial Service.
There is just sooo much more to this story if you have the mind for intrigue,mystery and suspense or you are just plain nosey!

P.S. Michael's name is still not on his gravesite at Forest Lawn.
