Israelis mark fourth year of soldier Shalit's captivity

ISRAEL -The family of Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit has called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to make the "difficult" decisions needed to secure his release as the country marks the fourth anniversary of his capture.
