Nineteen students taking personal development courses at ChoicCenter Leadership University raised the quality of life for 700 kids who live below the poverty line in Las Vegas. In just 7 days, the group completed an extreme school makeover of Rex Bell Elementary School playing Giver Game – a volunteer philanthropy project developed by ChoiceCenter that is the “Amazing Race” version of charitable giving and is meant to have students experience their personal power by making a difference in a short window of time without spending a lot of money.
