Economy class housing will save the building sector.

An economy class housing which is new at the market will save the building sector. It is what Lev Partskhaladze – the President of the Ukrainian Building Association (UBA) which has actually developed the concept of such housing – is convinced of. According to Mr. Partskhaladze, these will be quite little dwellings – 25-35 square meters and they will be built out of cheap materials. These are the qualities which in total allow providing affordable housing for most of Ukrainians. The active sale of the economy class apartments will sufficiently support the developers. But the main condition for saving the building sector is the government order for such housing, stresses the UBA President.
