Russia targets apartment buildings in Kyiv and Kharkiv

Russia attacked and destroyed apartment buildings in Ukraine’s largest cities - #Kyiv and #Kharkiv. Three people were killed and at least 60 wounded, Ukrainian officials have said.
Russia’s defense ministry said the targets were military production facilities and that all strikes were successful.
